Agreement of Terms

The apartment is ready for occupation by 4pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise in advance. If you arrive early, we can normally arrange for you to leave your luggage at that development. I accept this term of booking.
I have read and accept the Booking Terms on this website and I and guests in my party agree to comply with them. I understand that I am responsible for taking out my own travel insurance and that the owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances.
I am enclosing a cheque or arranging a bank transfer or Paypal for the booking fee of 25% of the rental cost.
I agree to pay the full rental charge plus the deposit 8 weeks prior to departure.
I accept that I myself and my guests will be responsible for replacement, loss or repair of contents in the property and outside including the pool and terrace areas in the event of damage or loss being detected during or on completion of the stay.
